The entire park is covered with artificial ice and snow. You can ride
toboggans in an exciting race or challenge the Summit Plummet, a 120
ft. drop in which you travel at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour. At the highest point of the park is Mount Gushmore, where Summit Plummet sits waiting for its next
victim. To arrive at
the top of Mount Gushmore, one must either walk up the pathways or take a trip
on an exciting ski
lift ride. The ski lifts are equipped with colorful umbrellas and ski equipment.

Attractions
Cross Country Creek
Much like Castaway Creek in Typhoon Lagoon, Cross Country Creek is a creek that
circles the entire park. You board an inner tube and move along with the slow
moving currents. You will relax in your tube as you pass melting ice, caves and
waterfalls.
Ski Patrol Training Camp
An exciting area for pre-teens with many challenges like broken iceberg walks.
There are also T-bars and slides to enjoy.
Summit Plummet
At 120 feet high, Summit Plummet is the world's tallest and fastest free-fall speed slide. It
sits on the top of Mt. Gushmore and looks like a ski jump from afar. As you
slide down its
120 ft. near-vertical drop, you reach speeds of approximately 60 miles per hour. Summet Plummet is
by far the most thrilling water attraction in Disney World.

Downhill Double Dipper
Downhill Double Dipper is the world's only pair of side-by-side racing slides. You zip
and slip down the slides in a tube
that allows passengers to travel speeds of up to 25 mph.
Teamboat Springs
Teamboat Springs is the world's longest family whitewater raft ride. You may have up to 5
passengers per tube. While riding, you will fly up walls, spin in circles and drop down
numerous thrilling waterfalls. The entire track is nearly a quarter-mile in length.

Toboggan Racer
Toboggan Racer is guaranteed fun for the whole family! There is a row of 8
identical water slides with numerous exciting dips. Guests lie on small mat-like
toboggans and race other challengers down this heart-racing 250 ft. track.
Runoff Rapids
Runoff Rapids is a series of inner tube tracks designed for single, double, or
triple-person tubes. There are two open tube slides and one enclosed track which is
completely in the dark.
Snow Stormers
Snow Stormers is almost like a slalom ski slope for the water enthusiasts. Race
around thrilling turns and curves while enjoying the cool, crisp water rushing
all around you.
Chair Lift
The chair lifts are nicely decorated with colorful umbrellas on their tops.
These chair lifts are one of two means of transportation to the top of Mount
Gushmore.
Melt-Away-Bay
Melt-Away-Bay is a massive one-acre bobbing wave pool sure to excite anybody.
Tike's Peak
Tike's Peak was specifically designed for younger guests. With lighter
attractions and smoother rides, Tike's Peak is a young child's haven.

Lottawatta Lodge
Burgers, hot dogs, salads and sandwiches are the featured foods at Lottawatta
Lodge. The prices are cheap and the environment is fun and exciting.
Warming Hut
The Warming Hut is a relaxing snack and picnic area fit for the whole
family.
Avalunch
Avalunch is another inexpensive option for quick salads and sandwiches.
Shopping
The Beach Haus
Sunscreen, shirts, sunglasses, bathing suits, and hats are among the main items
for sale in this cool, young-inspired shop.
