This 550-seat family dining
and entertainment experience debuted in late 1997 at
Downtown Disney West Side at the
Walt Disney World Resort. With a 16,000-square-foot space, two floors of indoor and out-door dining areas,
and three separate bars, BONGOS CUBAN CAFE is designed to stimulate the visual and aural senses of its patrons as well as their palates.
The building's triangular architectural design, by the renowned Bernardo Fort Brescia of Arquitectonica is dominated outside by a massive two-story
